Refund POLICY

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your product.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return. For example, purchased items must return an item delivered on Wednesday with tracking emailed to us by Saturday. Likewise, purchased items must return the item delivered on Friday with tracking on Monday.

 

 Your purchased item must return in the original factory condition to be eligible for return. Original factory condition means the item(s) is unaltered (including brushing, combing, or cutting), unworn, undamaged, free of odors, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. If any component is missing or altered, failure to follow the policy will give no refund or exchange. Due to the sanitary health nature of wigs and hairpieces, the refund/exchange policy will strictly enforce these guidelines. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. Additionally, there is a 10% restocking fee on returns.

 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost and restocking fees. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at revivedbeauty@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting we will not accept a return. You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact is required within one business day if you believe your item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item. Requests for a product review will not be honored after two business days.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made wigs/custom colored wigs/custom cut wigs/custom alterations to size. Custom wigs are personalized to fit your measurements and cannot be resold or restocked—for example, custom colored or highlighted wigs. Once your wig is personalized to fit your request, we will not accept returns. Custom cut wigs. Your purchase will not accept your return once your wig is cut to your requested length. 

Final sale items. Once purchased, these items are not eligible for a refund. Please proofread your order wisely before making a selection. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.

All refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to complete your order. 

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made on any wig purchase except for custom orders, clearance, or final sale items. 

Your first exchange is FREE. After that, return your eligible exchange item(s) postmarked within three days of the original receipt. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) to us. When submitting a return request, add the subject line: "Credit" to indicate you want an exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s) for exchange, we will email you a store credit in a coupon code. This one-time coupon code will be for the merchandise value of your returned item minus the original shipping cost. Go to www.invoguemedicalwigsbeyond.com, shop for a replacement item, and use the coupon code upon checkout.

We allow one exchange on one order at no charge. Subsequent exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable.

If the item(s) you wish to exchange for is out of stock or on back order, you may choose to wait for the item(s) or choose a different item.
